Hmm, you are right. Though the attack concept would be useless, monks and rangers could turn around and shoot once to restart the time.

On quitting - Small penalty, if someone quits on a match, they must wait 2-5 minutes to rejoin into the arenas. If you lagged out, 2-5 minutes...
