It really needs a timer, so you can time how long it takes you to kill a target(s) with different weapons/skills.
Getting exp is the whole point of FoW and UW. Thats why you pay to get in. If you dont like it, go farm somewhere else.

A fame reset is definitely needed. Too much elitism in the game. I'd rather just see fame go completely.
