Meh, probably the new PvE only condition. Would be a bit pointless adding this to PvP, be a whole new condition to be abused and balanced.

Wouldn't Flame Trap be better on the other rangers? No point having 4 sets of Barbed Trap, once they're bleeding they'll be bleeding...
