Deleted my first Monk, Kool Pajamas (forum name is my tribute to him ) , and my first warrior. I didnt like healing so I decided to try another...
Its simple....time penalty....ban them from arenas for 10 or 15 minutes. So what if they go afk or make bad build. It affects that one game ONLY....

If anything, they should just get rid of levels. Start everyone with max attributes. The only "leveling" would be for skill points....
